What is the return policy?
All purchases for the Wildcats Softball fundraiser are final sale. Each item is custom printed and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference.
The only exception is if an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to determine the best course of action.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Because each item is custom printed specifically for this fundraiser, all purchases are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference. The only exception is if an item arrives damaged or defective — in that case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed as they are received. Please allow 2–3 business weeks for your order to be ready. You will receive an update once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped. Because these items are made to order, processing times may vary slightly, but rest assured, every order directly supports Wildcats Softball!
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products come from trusted apparel suppliers such as Gildan, Hanes, Bella+Canvas, Adidas, and Under Armour. Each item is then custom decorated and printed locally by Six 27 Creations for the Wildcats Softball fundraiser. This ensures high-quality Direct to Film (DTF) adhesion for logos, while supporting a small business in our community.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. To help families save, we also offer free local pickup at a designated location once orders are ready. Full details will be provided when the fundraiser closes.
Can I cancel or change my order?
All orders are final once placed, as items are custom printed.
Who do I contact if I have an issue with my order?
